Justice Pritinker Diwaker
Justice (Retd.) Pritankar Diwaker, Former Chief Justice of High Court of Judicature at Allahabad had a remarkable career first as an distinguished senior before the High Courts of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh and thereafter as a judge of the High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur in an equally distinguished career as a judge, Justice Diwakar, gargled extensive exposure in different branches of law and emerged as a jurist who was engaged in shaping of law through his judicial intervention in the glorious career spanning two years which culminated in his elevation as a chief justice of the largest High Court of the country i.e., the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. Post his superannuation as Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court, he commenced his practice as a senior advocate before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and is actively engaged in litigations to the Apex Court and numerous arbitrations across different parts of the country.
Justice SK Gangele
Justice (Retd.) Surender Kumar Gangele, a distinguished legal luminary, boasts a remarkable career spanning over five decades in the legal arena. Starting as an advocate, he meticulously honed his skills before rising to prominence as a Judge in the Madhya Pradesh High Court. Throughout his two-decade tenure, spanning all three benches of the High Court, he earned widespread respect for his judicious approach and deep understanding of civil, commercial, and financial matters. Post-retirement, he seamlessly transitioned into private practice before the Supreme Court, where his expertise was recognized with the prestigious designation of Senior Advocate by the full court of Hon’ble Supreme Court.
